I want you to be able to communicate clearly about the ideas and issues that mean the most to you and align your vision, mission and values so you can do work that your passionate about.

The first two years in my business, I barely make any money because I didn't understand the value in communcating my message and allowing others to truly get to know me. After I nearly lost everything, I broke down and almost quit and went back to a J-O-B.

Luckily for me that rock bottom was exactly what I needed to gain the clarity of what it's like to stuggle with starting a business. I was able to rebrand and finally figured out my secret sauce and I'm determined to help you uncover yours.

Imagine being 17 years old, a senior in high school and pregnant.

I was confused and not sure what the future would hold for me as a single teen mom. However, I knew without a doubt that I would provide an amazing life for my son. With a lot of support from my family as well as a lot of focus and determination, I was able to raise my son and provide a great life for him while growing up right alongside him. It was not always easy but we did it together and he showed me how strong of a woman and leader I would be and how I could accomplish so much in my life.

After high school, I started working in big-box retail and quickly worked my way up into management. I found a lot of joy in working with my employees by helping them grow and move up within the company or move forward to follow their dreams. I was providing a great life for us but working 60+ hour work weeks it did not allow me the flexibility to spend time with my son and be there with him like I wanted to, plus my health was struggling. I had a ton of mom guilt and found it really hard to balance my family + work life + self-care.

Then my world was flipped upside down the Summer of 2001 when my mom/ best friend was killed in a car accident and I almost lost my 5-year-old son.

I was blessed beyond belief that my son came home a few days later. My heart was broken at the loss of my mom. She was my biggest fan and taught me so many great life lessons. Such as to show kindness, to be authentic, have fun, be generous and to always put my best foot forward so that I could make a difference to those around me, by just being me. I can still hear her voice encouraging and moving me forward.

Despite all the pain and heartache, I was feeling, I knew it was time to make a change and impact lives and to be the mom I wanted to be on my terms.

In August of 2007, a year after having my second son, I became a business coach. I went all in to get the best training I could find through a franchise and learned from the best in the business. I left training knowing that I was going to change lives, but I struggled with getting clients. I felt so defeated and frustrated. I wasn’t able to communicate the right words and I wasn’t connecting with my audience. At the end of 2009, I left the franchise.

At the beginning of 2010, I picked back up the pieces and rehung my shingle. I knew that if I was going to be successful I was going to have to work harder, dig deep and believe in myself. I remembered what I had accomplished, how far I had come and how determined I was to make an impact and change in the world.

I knew I had a story to share and a unique message that only I could bring.

I wanted to lead by example for my children, to show them what I believe in my core, that we can achieve anything we put our minds and hearts too.

My life has completely transformed since July 4th, 2001

when I lost my mother. I am now a wife, mother of four amazing kids and run a successful business.

Through a lot of mindset exercises, hard work and determination I have been able to build a business that works. My determination has led me to inspire entrepreneurs in finding their unique voice by being powerfully clear on their niche and marketing strategy. So they can lead the life they have craved and courageously share their unique stories to build a brand that attracts and stands out.

Let’s get started with uncovering your personal brand and learn how you can confidently communicate what you do, and accomplish all of your dreams.

Daring Conversations for Workplace Success

For most people, navigating conversations where there is the possibility of disagreement or conflict is uncomfortable. And yet, shifting conversations from difficult to daring is one of the most important skills an employee/entrepreneur can possess. Employees/entrepreneurs who make a habit of facilitating daring conversations create and sustain better relationships, engender more trust, are better able to manage stress, and prevent resentment and burnout. In this half-day Step into Your Moxie® workshop, participants will develop the self-awareness and tools to avoid staying silent, ruminating, or winging high-stakes conversations.

By the end of this experience, participants will be able to:

• Hold space for uncomfortable thoughts, feelings, and sensations that arise during daring conversations

• Create psychological safety for daring conversations to be successful

• Show up to daring conversations ready to speak up and listen

In this super timely, half-day Step into Your Moxie® workshop, participants will explore the mindset and behaviors required to show up as an ally in the workplace. They will also practice communication strategies and prompts to make a habit of creating safety and belonging for daring, necessary conversations about identity.

By the end of this experience, participants will be able to:
