As the founder of M. Green Enterprises, LLC and The Metamorphosis Healing Experience, Mylira empowers others through keynotes, workshops, coaching, and therapeutic services. Her work is rooted in holistic, trauma-informed practices that promote mental, emotional, spiritual, and relational balance. Whether in schools, churches, or boardrooms, Mylira's voice uplifts and unites, offering practical strategies grounded in faith, research, and lived experience.
Mylira holds degrees from Norfolk State University, the University of Southern California, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership at Regent University. She also completed the ICF Coaching Program at Virginia Christian College.
Above all, Mylira is a devoted fiancée and mother of four who does this work to build a more peaceful, purpose-driven world for her family and the communities she serves. Her story, passion, and purpose make her a transformative voice for healing, love, and leadership.
Igniting the inner fire that comes from realizing one’s inherent worth is what drives Mylira Green’s life’s work. A passionate and purpose-driven mental health advocate, Mylira is committed to reducing global rates of suicidality by raising awareness and delivering impactful education on the vital role mental health plays across all dimensions of life—spiritual, emotional, physical, social, and beyond. Her mission is to equip individuals with the knowledge, language, and tools to embrace healing, affirm their value, and create lives rooted in purpose and resilience.
To truly embrace purpose, one must first become intimately familiar with their own story. There is profound purpose in pain—and often, the very challenges we seek to forget are the experiences that shape our greatest strengths. Understanding where we are headed begins with honoring where we have been. Our past is not a disqualifier; it is a powerful teacher, offering the wisdom and insight needed to make impactful decisions in the present. Purpose is not found in spite of our story, but because of it.
In 2016, after experiencing the heartbreak of two miscarriages the previous year, I welcomed my rainbow baby while simultaneously navigating the rigors of graduate school. Aware of my personal history with trauma and determined to prevent postpartum depression, I made a proactive decision to enroll in a life and career coaching certification program. As part of the program’s graduation requirement, I was encouraged to form a business entity—a step that unintentionally launched my entrepreneurial journey on September 1, 2016.
What began as a side endeavor quickly became a calling. For over five years, I offered pro bono speeches, shared my voice on countless platforms as a mental health expert, and deepened my commitment to dismantling the stigma surrounding mental wellness. I saw the gaps, the misunderstandings, and the systemic limitations—and I knew I had to be part of the solution.
In April 2022, I took a bold leap of faith. Rather than investing my gifts into someone else’s vision, I chose to invest fully in my own. On my 29th birthday, I woke up a full-time entrepreneur, ready to reimagine the fabric of mental health through transformational speaking, healing, and leadership development.
Now, after navigating personal transitions and returning to the workplace following a divorce, I stand even more grounded in my purpose—to educate, empower, and transform lives, one conversation, one audience, and one breakthrough at a time.
