I work with women who are really good at what they do — but still playing small.
I’m Nancy O’Keefe, a Human Design Business and Leadership Coach and author of the bestselling book, Lead with Your light: Individual Empowerment, Influence and Impact.. I help women get clear on their direction, trust their voice, and build their business in a way that actually feels like them — not like a performance.
Most of my clients come to me feeling like they have to push harder, show up louder, or follow someone else’s formula to succeed. What I show them is that their greatest competitive advantage is already inside them — they just need the right framework to unlock it.
I do that through Human Design — a powerful tool that reveals how you’re wired to lead, communicate, and make decisions. Combined with business strategy, it creates alignment that’s not just fulfilling — it’s effective.
