Biography

I'm River Terrell (they/them) - queer, trans, nonbinary mad abolitionist, anarchist, r*pe survivor, and nerd with a passion for healing, justice, and collective liberation. My work is rooted in the belief that healing is deeply radical, relational, political, and intertwined with liberation. As a somatic movement educator and community weaver, I support people in reconnecting with their bodies, imagining new futures, and building intentional, liberatory ways of being. My approach integrates storytelling, movement, and deep listening to create space for healing, connection, and transformation. I am committed to practices that honor queerness, collective care, and the wisdom of those most impacted by oppression. I believe in a world where all of us can find joy and thrive, free from systems of violence and control.
