She had successfully returned to the workforce after each pause. She is passionate about women’s rights and equity in the workplace, and founded the company IamBackatWork to help women remain and return to the workplace. Through the IamBackatWork platform she created, she has helped thousands of women regain their confidence and independence.

Miki appreciates a good challenge, whether re-inventing herself professionally, or climbing Mount Kilimanjaro. She inspires her audience to get out of their comfort zone, embrace challenges, and create the future they want.

Passion

Miki is passionate about helping people accelerate their personal and professional growth. She loves helping leaders increase their self-awareness, so that they can better manage themselves, better manage their people, and build healthy, successful organizations. Miki has created a simple framework to help guide people to understand, and become the person they would like to be, and live and lead with integrity and intention.

Miki was often the only female in the room. She is very passionate about women’s rights and empowering women. Growing up with a father who was an extreme chauvinist, and refusing to accept his opinions, she had been fighting for her rights as a woman for as far back as she can remember. Founding IamBackatWork had a deep meaning for her. Supporting women and helping them regain their confidence and independence was important to her core. It became her mission.
One of her proudest achievements is reaching gender equity across the board under her HR leadership at Profitect, a software company.

Miki inspires women to see what is possible. She specializes in women’s leadership, understanding the challenges that women face, and providing them with strategies and techniques they can implement to stand out as leaders.

Best Story

I have many stories from my life and professional career. According to the topic of the talk, I choose the appropriate ones.

Origin Story

I am Israeli, Australian and American. I have lived and worked in all 3 continents at different parts of my life, and though you will not hear it in my unique Australian accent, I have lived in the Boston area for more than 20 years.

I enjoy a good challenge, whether it is professionally, reinventing my career multiple times or in my personal life, deciding at the age of 50 to get fit and climbing Mount Kilimanjaro. I love passing this passion on to my clients/audience, inspiring them to get out of their comfort zone, embrace change, and the growth that comes with it.

I am passionate about helping people become a better version of themselves, personally and professionally. In 1:1 coaching, in workshops or speaking engagements, I inspire them and provide them with simple and practical tools and strategies, they can implement immediately, to create change.

I thrive when I am accelerating people’s growth.
