Biography

Stephanie Dalfonzo has been speaking for over 40 years, first as Celebrity Radio DJ “Stevie Knox.”

15 years on the radio was great training to be an effective virtual presenter. There is a special art to communicating without being able to “see” your audience.

We have been faced with challenges unlike any before. Traditional approaches to stress, anxiety, and sleep issues are no longer enough.

Stephanie brings a fresh approach, with hypnosis and science-based practical and simple skills to help rewire and retrain your brain.

Because of her own struggles with anxiety and sleep issues, Stephanie has spent over 20 years researching anxiety and how it affects every part of our life.

She has been featured on NBC-CT, WTNH, NewsChannel 8. and has presented to BNY Mellon, The Global Autism Conference, CalSPRA (California School Public Relations Association), The World Education Summit and many more.

Attendees leave her presentations feeling relaxed and happy and ready to take action.

Many of the techniques that she shares are from her book “Goodbye Anxiety, Hello Freedom.” Most are simple enough to teach a 6-year-old and are office space appropriate.

Stephanie teaches resilience as a skill that can be learned, practiced, and incorporated into daily living.

I am passionate about being out in nature, walking, bike riding, our dogs, and spending as much time as possible on the beach during the summer!

Origin Story

I've been speaking publicly for over 40 years. My first career was as Celebrity Radio DJ "Stevie Knox."

We all have a breaking point and mine was a bag of Cheetos. After developing insomnia, I found myself smashing my children's precious bag of junk food because I just couldn't function.

This was when I learned that I had been struggling with anxiety my entire life and didn't know it. I began researching holistic, natural and scientifically proven ways to calm stress and anxiety and learn how to sleep well again.

I became an Integrative Hypnotist in 2004 and wrote "Goodbye Anxiety, Hello Freedom," with 35 simple ways to calm stress and anxiety in 2018.

**Because of my husband's health, traveling is not an option right now - so I am a VIRTUAL speaker.
