Emmy Award Winner Mandy Lemond is a former foster child turned Murrow winning TV Producer.
She now serves as a Coach and Motivational Speaker helping others with her mantra of “Turn Your Mess in To a Message.”
At the age of 7, Mandy Lemond's father brutally murdered her mother and stabbed little Mandy 13 times. He was charged with murder and sentenced to life in prison, leaving Mandy a true orphan. Daddy Warbucks never came to save Orphan Mandy. She aged out of the foster care system at 18. While in the system, she dealt with both physical and mental abuse. Later marrying a TV celebrity, her life seemed perfect until her foster-adopted son opened fire during a drug-bender, shooting into the wrong house and hitting a 5-year-old. The unintended target was blinded and nearly died. Mandy’s near 20-year marriage fell apart and she found herself over 40, a son in prison, facing homelessness and starting over. But, with the same tenacity she garnered as a child, Mandy developed the 5-method, which is featured in her memoir, The Fostered One.
Mandy Lemond serves globally. Speaking to foster parents and children, divorcees’, parents and children of those incarcerated, as well as those coping with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder.
As a leader in the CRA Mortgage Industry, Lemond teaches others to use their personal story to leverage high-level sales.

The first time I ate my own vomit, I threw it up again for a second serving. This is a true story. The house mom would make us eat *everything* on our plates. Looking back, it's likely the reason I jumped at the chance to own my own restaurant. Life has a way of settling the score. It's not the cards you are dealt, it's how you play the hand!
We aren't the mess we are borne into or even the mess at the office somedays. My life has been a series of "messy" moments. But, with a will-to-win and some humor along the way, I've learned to overcome. We all can. Learn to turn your mess - in to a message.
Raped and Left for dead by her own father, Author Mandy Lemond's life was a mess even before that fateful day.
