I am passionate about empowering professionals, typically women over 40, in executive, corporate, and leadership roles to leverage style as a powerful strategic advantage. Through my ABC Style Method™(Authentic, On-Brand, Confident), I work with them to show up in a way that reflects who they truly are now, commands presence, and drives measurable results: greater confidence, stronger personal branding, enhanced leadership visibility, and accelerated career opportunities.
As Founder & President of Turnkey Style and author of The Style Advantage: I Say What HR Can’t, I share what HR often cannot: how intentional wardrobe choices directly impact first impressions, executive presence, client trust, promotions, team culture, and ROI. Having navigated my own midlife body changes and perimenopause journey, from sizes that no longer fit to building a wardrobe that feels aligned and powerful, I know firsthand that getting dressed doesn’t have to be stressful. You can look professional, polished, and authentic every day without blowing your budget.
Life is too short for outdated clothes that hold you back. When you dress as the leader you are today, you step into greater visibility, memorability, and impact, both in the boardroom and beyond.
I began my career helping women coordinate accessories and outfits that made them feel polished and confident. What started as a hobby for putting together great looks grew into a full business. Over the years, Turnkey Style evolved from working one-on-one with clients to working with leaders and teams. During the pandemic, I expanded to work virtually with clients and added an online course. I also authored my book The Style Advantage: I Say What HR Can’t.
A pivotal turning point came in my 40s during perimenopause, when I stood in my closet in tears because nothing fit my changing body. That moment led me to invest in pieces that truly aligned with who I was, starting with the right pair of jeans, and it transformed my confidence, posture, and presence. It reinforced my core belief: style is an advantage and a powerful tool for visibility and leadership.
Today, I work with professional women, leaders, and teams, as well as corporate teams, across the US using my ABC Style Method™ (Authentic – On-Brand – Confident). I guide clients to elevate their personal brand and executive presence, delivering real ROI in promotions, client relationships, and leadership impact.
Our professional image can affect our confidence - the way we think, act, and feel as well as the way others perceive and react to us. Helping women connect to their authentic personal brand while ensuring it aligns with the organizational goals and potentially the clients needs is critical.
The expectations of what to wear to the office has changed and many are confused and are looking for a clear expectation of how to present themselves at work. This workshop presentation gives attendees the tools they need to feel empowered, it highlights some image makers and breakers, gives strategies to create a wardrobe, details how to project and find confidence, which has been proven to improve productivity, sales, and engagement in the workplace.
The presentation is also a guide and encourage attendees to explore a variety of styles and dress in a way that encourages productivity, higher sales, collaboration, better confidence and connection, as well as overall brand awareness that aligns with their company goals.
Elevating your personal brand is all about developing your persona, making an impact, and standing out which can then be used to attract more clients, create greater awareness, and have more influence. Your style can help set you apart from others and impact how you communicate, from your personality to your core values and principles.
