I am a former Fortune 500 Executive , that started as an hourly employee and worked my way up to become the first International Vice President of Revenue Strategy for the Caribbean, Latin America Division for the worlds largest Hospitality Company, Marriott International. For 20 years I built out the global foot print into a multi-billion dollar organization ,across 35 countries and 18 brands. I know what it takes to be successful. I invested in my own education earning an MBA in Leadership becoming a Certified Professional Coach and using leadership development as a way to maximize profitable revenues.
