Veronica Francis is an entrepreneur, author, speaker, and AI trainer who helps entrepreneurs and organizations navigate technological change with confidence, creativity, and a sense of humor.
Raised in her family’s amusement park in rural New Hampshire, Veronica learned early what it takes to run a small business—resilience, adaptability, and finding joy even when things get messy. Those experiences inspired her book Circus Towne, a humorous memoir about entrepreneurship, family business, and life lessons learned under the big top.
For more than two decades, Veronica has helped professionals adapt to new technology - from the early days of the internet to today’s rapidly evolving AI tools. Through engaging workshops and her popular Route 3 Ronnie presentations, she blends storytelling, practical guidance, and real-world experience to help audiences stay curious, capable, and human in a fast-changing digital world.

I grew up in my family’s amusement park, where rainy days meant leaky tents, broken lights, and figuring things out on the fly. Some days I ran the only working spotlight; other days I stepped into the ring to perform when help was needed. Those moments taught me that entrepreneurship isn’t about perfect conditions - it’s about adaptability, courage, and showing up when things get messy. As I often say in my book, Circus Towne: “The show must go on!”
My origin story starts in a small amusement park in the White Mountains of New Hampshire, the real-life inspiration for my book, Circus Towne. Growing up in my family’s business meant learning early that entrepreneurship is a bit like running a three-ring circus: long days, constant problem-solving, and plenty of moments where you just have to laugh and keep going. I watched my parents juggle risk, resilience, and optimism, and I learned that flexibility and humor are just as important as hard skills.
Those early lessons followed me into a career spent helping people navigate change. From guiding career transitions to helping small businesses survive the early days of the internet, I’ve always been drawn to moments when things feel new, uncertain, or just a little messy.
Today, that same circus-tested mindset fuels my AI training and storytelling presentations. Whether I’m demystifying artificial intelligence or sharing tales from New Hampshire back roads, I help people face change with curiosity, confidence, and a good sense of humor - because sometimes the best way forward is to laugh, learn, and enjoy the ride.
A beginner-friendly, confidence-building talk that helps leaders and entrepreneurs understand AI, use it safely and ethically, and decide what role it should play in their work and businesses.
Drawing from her upbringing in a family-run amusement park, Veronica shares powerful lessons about adaptability, resilience, and leading through uncertainty, when the lights don’t work, the tent leaks, and there’s no backup plan.
Through humorous, true stories from New Hampshire’s Route 3, Veronica explores how detours, setbacks, and unexpected turns often lead to innovation, clarity, and growth.
A supportive, practical talk designed for women entrepreneurs and leaders who feel pressured to "keep up" with technology and want a clearer, calmer way forward.
Circus Towne is a humorous memoir about growing up in a one-of-a-kind tourist attraction in Twin Mountain, New Hampshire. When her father opened Circus Towne in 1973, the quiet White Mountains town suddenly became home to clowns, elephants, and magic
