She holds a Master's degree in Management and Organizational Leadership and is certified as both a Life Coach and Leadership Consultant from ICF-accredited institutions.
I started my company, Gedeon Enterprises in 2020 with the goal to close the growing skill gap of leaders occupying roles of influence and authority across all sectors of society. My mission is to equip and empower the next generation of women and emerging leaders with the tools, resources, and skills needed to navigate the current marketplace, and cultivate both inclusive and culturally competent organizations.
As an immigrant and the first to accomplish much of the "American Dream" in my family, i.e. finish undergrad, get my masters, climb the corporate ladder, etc., I know how hard it can be to pursue the dream and not lose yourself in the process. As a woman and a minority, I also know very well the challenges and roadblocks that exist in our present-day society and corporate environments. My hope is to use all that I've learned and had to overcome to support other women and emerging leaders in their journey towards creating equity in pay, and development opportunities, so that they too can accelerate beyond society's limitations, create new pathways, and share their gifts within their spheres of influence.
