Her journey includes leaving a dysfunctional family system, learning to trust herself, and building a life and business on her own terms. Nothing lights me up like watching someone realize they are capable of more than they’ve been giving themselves credit for. At my core, I’m a cheerleader. I love helping people recognize their strengths, question the stories that have kept them small, and give themselves permission to want more.
I’m especially passionate about women building lives and businesses that feel like their own. Sometimes that means finding the courage to make a difficult change. Sometimes it means learning a tool, like AI, that makes an intimidating task feel manageable. I love bringing encouragement and practical action together so people leave thinking, “I can do this, and I know where to start.”

As I grew up, the challenges became less visible. I was raised in an enmeshed family system, and finding my own voice meant questioning beliefs and expectations that had shaped how I saw myself. Leaving that dysfunction and learning to trust myself became a turning point. I began making intentional choices about the life I wanted, the relationships I wanted around me, and the work I wanted to do.
Today, I’m a thriving entrepreneur and the CEO of Elevate Growth Solutions. I’m proud of the business I’m building, but I’m equally proud of the self-worth and independence behind it.
Since childhood, I’ve pictured myself on a stage, encouraging people and helping them see their potential. Attending a women’s entrepreneur conference recently brought that longtime dream back into focus and inspired me to pursue speaking intentionally. I want to share what I’ve learned so someone who feels stuck can see that their story is still unfolding, and they have a voice in what comes next.
