Suhaiba Neill is the Vice President of John Neill Painting & Decorating, a family-owned Residential Painting Company located in the suburbs of Philadelphia with over 50 years of service. She is also an author, speaker, consultant, and certified behavioral assessment specialist.
She is also the owner of The Full Circle Business, a consulting company founded in 2020 to help fellow contractors get from “stressed to streamlined,” through implementing systems and processes for smoother operations.
She is the author of Like A Girl: 22 Leadership Lessons for Women on the Rise. Based on her own experience of growing up with all brothers and working in all male-dominated industries for over twenty-five years, she shares her lessons to encourage and empower other women on the rise to life authentically based on their own personal definitions of leadership.
As a certified behavioral specialist, Suhaiba helps business owners and their teams uncover the HOW behind the way they operate to build stronger communication skills and connections within their organization for increased individual performance and overall success.

I never planned on launching a consulting business, but it was what the world needed from me, so here I am. After creating systems and processes to streamline our rapidly growing residential painting company (now in the multi-millions) I was encouraged by my peers to share what I had created to help others do the same.
As for the book on leadership, I'd always know I'd become a published author one day (I come from a long line of them), but didn't think a non-fiction book about my own journey would be my first book. Now, I understand why it was so important, and also why speaking on the topic (which was also not one of my favorite things) is equally as important as well.
As the saying goes, I'm now talking the talk AND walking the walk as a living example of betting on yourself, using your gifts to the fullest and sharing them with the rest of the world.
